Previously known as Scrambled Gallery of Gifts, Scrambled Gallery is an eclectic, elevated, and fresh rotating gallery consisting of local, regional, and national artists. Originally owned by Artist and founder Erin Simmons, this galley started with one vision and goal in mind: to celebrate local artists and their artistries in this rivertown community—giving them a platform to showcase their works, celebrate the arts, and highlight their story. This gallery since openings it’s doors in 2020, has housed over 100 artists, has become a two-time award winning gallery in Bucks County, has underwent an complete and total renovation, and grows in love and inspiration daily.
Originally from Beacon New York, Simmons also comes from a rivertown and landed herself in New Hope, PA where she spent the last of her days opening Scrambled’s doors in 2020. The two rivers seemed to have met, when Simmons found herself in New Hope, PA where she met local artist and painter, Hope Gaburo. Gaburo became a part of Scrambled in 2021, where together her and Erin formed an unshakeable bond that would ultimately lead to Gaburo taking over the Gallery in 2022 when Simmons fell ill and unexpectedly passed in early February 2022. Shortly after, Gaburo curated alongside the existing team of artists and the Simmons family- reopening Scrambled’s doors in April 2022. Since then, Scrambled had become a home of now over 40 local and regional exhibiting artists. With monthly featured artist shows, live music, events, and workshops, the gallery came back to the New Hope Arts Center with a vibrance.
The 2023 vision and path of Scrambled Gallery is to continue honoring its roots and origin, while continuing to provide local artists a space in the community and a platform to exhibit their most true and authentic selves. The goal is the same: to reach local artists and celebrate them and they’re individually in this community.

Part of the Erin Simmons collection, these Giclee prints are made to order and made with the finest watercolor textured paper to give you the feeling of owning the original piece. This piece, done by Erin Simmons, was done in alcohol ink and a technique she coined, called ”brushless art.”
“I use anything but traditional paint brushes to create all of my art. Alcohol ink is pigmented alcohol. Air, straws, fingers, cotton swabs, felt, dental tools, etc…
Anuthing but a paint brush is fair game to move the flow of the liquid to get the effect I want. Sometimes I start off in one direction but the ink has another plan. I just go with the flow to create something out of the ordinary.” ~Erin
